This type of continuous Lead Sheath Extruder was designed to meet market demand of cable and rubber tube industries. We imitated the design from Sandelin of Sweden

Main purpose of our lead sheath extruder is for lead sheath extrusion of cables and lead covering of vulcanization of rubber tubes.

Dia.Range of lead sheath extruded is Dia.10mm to 110mm. There are two types of Die Rack. One is for Dia between 10mm to 80mm, and another is for Dia between 40mm to 110mm. Customer could chose to use which type or chose both the two types.

Screw of the Lead Extrude is designed to bring out continuous extrusion of lead sheath. Wall Thickness of Sheath extruded could be even.

Both heating and cooling of the screw tube are implemented and monitored by constant temperature system. Thus, possible temperature difference between different parts or areas of the screw tube would be as small as ±2℃.
