1.The finished products diameter are φ9.5 φ12 and φ15mm (as customer requested) aluminum rods with good quality, big density, easily wire drawing, low energy consumption, high efficiency and advanced electric control system.

2.Max. production capacity is approx. 6t/h.

3.This type autiomatic feeding continuous rolling mill is designed as 14 stands. Two stands are 2-roller and twelve stands are 3-roller.

4.Six-wheel continuous casting machine awarded new type patent by the National Knowledge Property Right Bureau of China in Nov.2004 (patnet No.ZL03234289.6). It is very convenient to dismantle and crystallizing wheel.

5.Melt aluminum or prepared melt aluminum is injected to six-wheel continuous casting machine through launder and is cast to aluminum bar of 2,330mm² Scrap aluminum bar is cut by oil hydraulic shearer and then acceptable aluminum bars are sent to continuous rolling mill. Conductive aluminum rods are sent to coiler with dual basket via oil tank and leading pipe and coiler.
